Hinter YaBu Betreuung und Beratung steht ein engagiertes Team aus Menschen, die ihren Beruf lieben. Wir kommen aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen, bringen vielfältige Erfahrungen mit – und haben eine gemeinsame Mission: Alltagshilfe mit Herz und Verstand zu leisten.
Ob Beratung, Begleitung, Betreuung oder Unterstützung im Haushalt – wir stehen jeden Tag mit Überzeugung und Freude an der Seite unserer Kundinnen und Kunden. Und das merkt man auch: bei jeder Begegnung, jedem Lächeln, jedem Gespräch.
Was uns auszeichnet? Verlässlichkeit, Einfühlungsvermögen und echtes Teamwork. Wir sind nicht nur gut geschult und qualifiziert, sondern auch mit Begeisterung bei der Sache. Für uns ist Betreuung keine Pflicht, sondern ein echtes Miteinander. Wir lachen viel, unterstützen uns gegenseitig – und begegnen auch den kleinen Herausforderungen des Alltags mit einer großen Portion Menschlichkeit.
